About Us

UAW Local 5010 is the local union at the IC Bus Plant (Navistar/Traton) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Local 5010 began in 2013 and has given the workers at the Tulsa Bus Plant a much needed voice in its workplace. After a difficult battle with Navistar the UAW officials dubbed Local 5010, "The Fighting 5010". That title is something the members of Local 5010 take great pride in. Local 5010 has 700+ members united together to build a better and brighter future.

Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones grew up in Claremore, OK, about 25 minutes from Tulsa, where he still resides. Jeff has worked at the Tulsa Bus Plant since August of 2004.

Chris Peak

Chris Peak was born in Washington state and lived in Texas, California and Illinois growing up. He started at the Tulsa Bus Plant April 21st, 2004.

Guy Abbott

Guy Abbott went to school in Pryor, Oklahoma and currently lives in Claremore, Oklahoma. Guy served 7 years in the United States Army, then got a job with Wonder Bread in Columbus, Ohio.
