GM Example Thumbs Its Nose at New NAFTA Before the Ink Dried

The following statement is from UAW President Gary Jones on the signing of the “New” NAFTA called USMCA:

All of the pro labor candidates in the Tulsa area of Oklahoma lost in the Oklahoma midterm elections except Denise Brewer. Oklahomans have once again doomed themselves to endentured servitude at the hands of large corporations. Jobs are a good thing, but good jobs with a seat at the bargaining table are a much better thing, and that was within the reach of Oklahoma workers in the 2018 midterm elections. Oklahomans, unfortunately, chose to continue to handcuff their own rights as workers by voting for non-labor friendly candidates.

Who are you voting for? UAW has a list of labor friendly candidates in your area.

November 6th, 2018 is the day to make changes in Oklahoma.
